  • Can I get a discount if I have a big order?

    We can discount more for regular priced items if you purchase more. However for fixed price/ controlled price items, we are unable to discount further.
  • Can I get a quote before I order?

    Yes, sure. You can review the items in your cart before making payment. Otherwise, you can also drop us a Whatsapp text at +65 8526 6676 to get a quote.
  • Can I place a deposit first?

    We require full payment for online orders. For in-store purchases, we accept 50% deposit payment. The balance is to be paid upon delivery or installation.
  • Do you do cash upon delivery (COD)?

    Sorry, we don't. We require full or partial payment to arrange for delivery.
  • How can I pay?

    We accept cash, CDC vouchers, NETS, Paynow and bank transfer. We will be accepting Climate Vouchers from 14 October 2024. We do not accept credit card payment or PayWave currently. Bank transfer details: PayNow UEN 201315023M DBS Current 003-924577-7
  • How can I place an order?

    You can place order on our website, Whatsapp +65 85266676 or at our showroom. We accept cash, NETS, and Paynow. We currently do not accept credit card payment, PayWave or installment plans.
  • Is there any difference if I order online vs in your showroom?

    Our selling price is the same on both platforms.
  • What if the item is out of stock after I ordered?

    We will advise you on the stock availability when you order. If the item is out of stock for long duration, we will refund the full amount.
  • When can I receive the ceiling fan or lights after I order?

    We would typically need to order the item in. It usually takes 1-2 working days, if there are ready stocks. With the current COVID-19 situation, there are unexpected shipping delays.
