Exchange and refund

  Yes but we have to check the item first. Please let us know in advance. We only allow 1-time exchange. For items are that specially ordered in, kindly understand that there is no exchange or refunds, e.g. fan rods.

• Can I exchange the item? It has been installed.

  No, we are unable to exchange the item if it is installed.

• I ordered the wrong items. Can I get a refund?
